Dr. Kiltz’s Keto Lifestyle
Dr. Kiltz set out to find lifestyle changes that would improve his own health and wellness and that of his patients who were desperately trying to conceive. He was distraught at how poorly people treated their bodies and the amount of disinformation being propagated by the food, pharmaceutical, and farming industries about what was “healthy.” His own research and forays into lifestyle changes resulted in him adopting a high fat, medium protein, no carb diet (the B.E.B.B.I.S. Diet) and integrating intermittent “feasting” which successfully reduced inflammation– a major culprit in today’s diseases.
