Are you currently Keto or Carnivore?

How long have you been keto/carnivore?

1 year and 6 months

Describe what a Typical Day of Eating Looks like for you.

I intermittent fast until around 11 am. For breakfast, I have ground beef and butter.

I have lunch around 3.30 pm. It’s either beef, bison, or lamb with butter. Most of the time no evening snack as I am satiated.

Describe the health changes you have experienced since going keto/carnivore.

Carnivore helped me heal from many health conditions, including: Mold poisoning, heavy metals, parasites, joint pain, chronic fatigue, anemia, radiation poisoning, 40lbs weight loss, skin issues/eczema, depression, and more.

Your Keto/Carnivore Story

I found carnivore in 2019 at age 16 after going keto.

Originally I went carnivore for weight loss. But because of previous mold and radiation exposure, my body had an inflammatory response, and I wasn’t able to benefit from carnivore until I realized and addressed the underlying issues.

After going full carnivore for 1-2 months, I went more animal-based for around 3 years. During this time my health got much worse and I gained a lot of weight, got parasites, and my skin severely broke out. During this time, I was training professionally in ballet and experienced extreme lower back pain, bunions, depression, and almost no sleep.

All those things are gone now. Out of desperation I found my way back to carnivore and have been carnivore for 1 1/2 years.

For mold, heavy metals, parasites, and radiation I have used other treatments to heal my body. However, carnivore has played a huge role in giving my body a reset and rest.

Also, I would never be able to pursue my passion of being a ballet dancer without Carnivore. It has been so beneficial in my training, I wouldn’t physically be where I am without it.

What is the best (or top 3) pieces of advice you could give someone starting their keto/carnivore health journey?

Health feels better than the taste of any junk food or sweet.
It is worth it to wake up and feel incredible, both mentally and physically, every single day.
As restrictive as carnivore/keto may seem, it allows you to be free and get your health and life back. Going carnivore is very rewarding. Even trying it for 30 days and seeing how you feel will make a huge difference.
