I’m probably eating a lot fewer calories than normal, but I can’t tell because I’m so satiated by the nourishing fat I’m consuming, guilt-free.
- Three slices of bacon with no sugar in the brining process. Tough to find, but available at Whole Foods.
- Salted butter
- 3 eggs for my breakfast
- steak, burgers, and beef chuck for lunch
- More keto foods for dinner

Lost 10 pounds. Feel much better about myself.
Your Keto/Carnivore Story
I have more confidence and self-esteem. But the main thing is I’m now expecting to be a dad. This is after 3 years of trying with one false positive.
This is an interesting time for her to get pregnant because we believe she’s about to get promoted. We’re also getting older. This month was supposed to be the last month we were going to try.
What is the best (or top 3) pieces of advice you could give someone starting their keto/carnivore health journey?
Trust the process, it’s scientific. Fat is fuel and keeps you full.
