Are you currently Keto or Carnivore?
Carnivore
How long have you been keto/carnivore?
18 months
Describe what a Typical Day of Eating Looks like for you.
10 eggs for breakfast 2 x butter coffees,
lunch (sometimes skipped, eat meat if hungry)
dinner 2 x scotch fillet steaks and butter
Describe the health changes you have experienced since going keto/carnivore.
I have dropped from 125kg to 75kg
My Psoriasis is much better (some meds I am on atm can cause a slight flare up)
The inflammation in my body is so much better (it was so bad years ago, I gave both my guitars to my kids as the hands were having trouble holding a cup of coffee).
I have now taken playing guitar again (with a beautiful guitar I was gifted by my brother).
I believe with every fiber in my being that I would be dead now if not for the carnivore diet, about 2.5 years ago I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer stage 4 , which by the time I could get a PET SCAN it was already in my right pelvic bone (now in right and left leg and right arm), I think this was just bad timing as it was just on the end of Covid and the medical industry in Australia was in turmoil. took 6 months and 3 Dr appointments just to see urologist. Months later I was placed on a NON urgent wait list for a biopsy. Don’t know how long I would have waited for, in the meantime the cancer in my prostate was so bad it blocked off my urine output and a catheter was inserted bringing foreword the biopsy date.
I was at the level of riding my mountain bike for 60km rides before cancer. I won’t ride now as I am not able, but I am looking forward to the day I can ride again.
My oncologist at first did not think carnivore diet was sound at first. when I did not fit into Any of his medical study groups, I then asked how many Carnivores he had treated. None was the answer. Now days Anything I tell my Oncologist gets written down as he is fascinated with my results.
Your Keto/Carnivore Story
fast forward to present, the hormone blocker has failed. I have been taken off the program and refused Chemo as it does not cure cancer, I have had 3 lots of radiation to slow thing down a bit as this is a very aggressive cancer. ( I think I have read somewhere that the life expectancy for a person with bone cancer is very short indeed)
I have enlisted some homeopathic help atm. My bloods are amazing……. red blood cell counts perfect, white cell count perfect, kidney (I only have 1 working for years now). I have 1Liver enzyme too high at the moment we are working on.
