The weight loss has been amazing, which in turn has relieved pressure on my joints, and running has become much easier. I would say I almost enjoy running now.
Your Keto/Carnivore Story
It all started December 24th 2021, I was having dinner with my stepbrother. We got talking and I mentioned that I was looking to do an Iron Man distance Triathlon before I was 36 (3 years time). He responded with “I’m doing an Olympic Distance Triathlon in June 2022 why don’t you sign up for that and use it as a stepping stone to get to an Iron man Triathlon.”
I signed up there and then.

What is the best (or top 3) pieces of advice you could give someone starting their keto/carnivore health journey?
1. Forget all you think you know about food.
3. Only eat when hungry, not because it’s a certain time of the day or night.
