Describe what a Typical Day of Eating Looks like for you.
My wife and I typically enjoy one to two meals each day, usually between 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
First Meal:
During our first meal, we often opt for a hearty selection that may include eggs, bacon, hamburgers, and sausage. This provides a satisfying and diverse blend of flavors and nutrients to start the day.
Second Meal:
Our second meal generally consists of a protein-rich dish, such as beef, pork, chicken, or fish. This helps us maintain a balanced and fulfilling diet throughout the day.
Snacks:
Our snacks may include homemade deviled eggs and beef jerky.
We rarely experience hunger.

Your Keto/Carnivore Story
My personal journey towards health and wellness has been nothing short of remarkable. Despite being an athlete, I experienced weight gain over the years, reaching a high of 330 lbs. As a veteran within the Veterans Administration health system, I sought various methods to improve my health, including considering gastric bypass surgery and weight loss drugs. However, I found that traditional approaches like calorie counting and increased physical activity were ineffective for me. My health continued to deteriorate, with high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, and chronic inflammation.
It was my wife, Deborah, who became the catalyst for change. Together, we embraced the Carnivore way of eating, and I also utilized hypnosis to focus on my eating habits. The results were astonishing. Within a short period, I shed over 15 lbs. and experienced significant improvements in my health. My blood pressure stabilized, inflammation decreased, and my energy levels soared. As of February 28, 2024, I have successfully reduced my weight to 249 lbs., a remarkable 81 lb. transformation in just 169 days.
